Gantry CNC Plasma Flame Cutting Machine for Steel Plate & Pipe Cutting
- This high-precision pipe cutting equipment is mainly used for round steel tube cutting production. It can fabricate multiple graphic styles through intersecting line unfolding and support adjustable bevel cutting operations.
- It supports 3 to 6 freely combined control axes and realizes six-axis synchronous interlocking bevel cutting. The conventional cutting diameter ranges 60-600mm, and extra-large diameter pipes can be customized on demand. Both oxyfuel and plasma cutting processes are capable of 45-degree bevel cutting.
- It adapts to steel pipes up to 12m long and uses chuck clamping for stable workpiece fixation. Powered by high-precision AC servo drive and special planetary reducers, it integrates a dedicated six-axis intersecting line controller with complete macro cutting programs.
