KC‑4000 is a heavy‑duty large‑span gantry cutting machine. Its whole frame adopts stress‑relief craftsmanship to obtain great structural strength, superior rigidity, long‑time durability and stable operating performance. This unit is compatible with numerous modern cutting tools. End‑users may arbitrarily combine oxy‑fuel cutting torches (special‑purpose torch for 300 mm thick plates), plasma cutting torches, straight‑cutting fixtures or workpiece‑fabrication devices as per on‑site production conditions. - Linear guide rails are deployed for horizontal cross travel. Longitudinal guide rails are precision‑ground and provided in 24 kg, 38 kg and 43 kg rail classes, safeguarding high‑precision operation, long service cycle and smooth machine movement.
- Drive power originates from Japan servo motors and drive units, achieving wide speed regulating scope and fast acceleration response.
- It adopts top‑level industrial F2500 CNC control hardware, equipped with a 15‑inch large‑size display, featuring stable running and strong resistance to external signal interference.
Important remark: Cutting modes such as CNC plasma cutting, oxy‑fuel cutting and straight‑line cutting are customizable to satisfy each customer’s production requirements.
